Eduardo Nogueroles, born in Valencia, Spain. His studies include higher education in tuba, composition and orchestra conduction in the conservatoires of Jávea, Valencia, Madrid, Perpignan (France), Arizona State University (USA) and the Royal School of Music (UK), with professors Miguel Moreno, Mel Culbertson, Sam Pilafian, Harvey Phillips, Pablo Sanchez Torrella, Tomás Gilabert, Andres Zarzo and Ferrer Ferrán, among others.
As a player, Eduardo was part of the Student Orchestra of the Community of Madrid and of the National Youth Orchestra of Spain, and he as a regularly collaborator in a numerous of Spanish orchestras. He was awarded at the international Tuba Solo Competition in Albany, New York, and at the Brass Competition of Xátiva, Valencia. From 1996, he plays recitals and teaches courses and master classes throughout Spain, and recorded the CD Escenas Latinas in year 2000. From 2003 he is a Conn-Selmer artist. He was Director of the International Tuba Festival in Vigo, between 1997 and 2003.
As conducter, he has conducted the symphonic bands "Lira de San Miguel de Oia", "La Lira de Vilafames" and "Unio Musical d'Aldaia". As a composer, he has been commissioned for The Sir Aligator’s Company, the Lira de San Miguel de Oia, the Unio Artística Musical d'Almàssera, the Banda Municipal de Vitoria, and soloist like Juanjo Munera, Lluis Andres, Vicent Alberola, etc... He was finalist in the I Concurso Iberoamericano de Composicion para Bandas de Música, Ortigueira. His music has been recorded on several CDs and performed worldwide.
Along with compose music and teaching tuba and euphonium at the Professional Conservatory of Music of Valencia, Eduardo plays tuba at the Grup Instrumental de Valencia and conducts the Symphonic Band of the Union Musical Santa Cecilia de Villar del Arzobispo.
