The ITEC 2023 conference planning committee is excited to feature a diverse list of artists, presenters and ensembles, while emphasizing new music for tuba and euphonium. Proposals with a focus on pedagogy, performances, workshops, or presentations that advance our instruments in the context of diversity, equity and inclusivity will be prioritized.

The Arizona State University campus is a welcoming and supportive community focused on providing a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for everyone. It is a beautiful campus in Tempe, Arizona. Conveniently located 11 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Light Rail transportation is easily accessible from the airport directly to the conference hotel. Tempe Mission Palms-Hyatt, conference hotel.

This historic downtown Tempe hotel offers an airport shuttle, valet parking, daily conference shuttle, workout facility and rooftop pool and bar. The Tempe Mission Palms Hotel is close to the music building and several evening events will take place here.
